- Custom decals are approximately 1.5cm high (depending on the size of the font you want) and will vary in length (but no one word will be longer than 6cm - 2 words e.g. Icing Sugar may be longer than 6cm)
- Double word decals MAY need to be made across two rows depending on word length
- Choose your font and choose your colour
- Can be made smaller if required - just note it in the order
Current MAXIMUM turn around time - 2 weeks (depending on the number of current orders)
**Application instructions come with the decal.
If your decal is placed on something that requires washing, we recommend hand washing only. The heat from the water softens the glue of the decal therefore dishwashers are not recommended.
Decals are made from high quality self adhesive vinyl.
SPICE LABELS
Made from high quality adhesive vinyl, these decals will be a long lasting design feature in your kitchen.
They do need a little TLC and need to be hand washed. We do not advise putting these decals in the dishwasher.Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds for item(s) purchased online due to change of mind. In the unlikely event that your item(s) have been sent out incorrectly, we will offer an exchange or refund.
If you believe your item(s) are faulty, they will be assessed by The Design Room and repaired, replaced or refunded.

If you are returning a decal, they all MUST be returned unused in the condition in which they were posted. The decal needs to remain in tact with both the backing paper and transfer sheet.
If the item(s) is faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the costs of returning the item(s) to The Design Room and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item(s).
If you are required to return an item(s), please repackage your item(s) as securely as possible. You are responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us. The Design Room does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We will contact you once we have received the item(s).
Unfortunately we will be unable to offer returns/exchanges on Custom Designs. We provide full installation instructions with all of our products to assist you in the application of your decal from us.
